1 JUMPER METHOD AUTOTEST

To run an Autotest when the 1-Jumper Method was used to set the Refer-

ence proceed as follows:

1. Do not disconnect the black connectors which are attached to the TX port

of the OMNI

2. Disconnect the black connectors that are attached to the RX ports of the

OMNI

3. Connect the white connectors to the RX ports on the OMNI

Fiber.

4. Connect the OMNI

Main to one end of the duplex link under test

and the OMNI

Remote to the opposite end.

3 JUMPER METHOD AUTOTEST

To run an Autotest when the 3-Jumper Method was used to set the Refer-

ence proceed as follows:

1. Do not disconnect the launch cables that are attached to the OMNI

2. Remove the middle launch cable and the connector sleeves that were

attached to the middle launch cable.

3. Connect the OMNI

Main to one end of the duplex link under test

and the OMNI

Fiber

Remote to the opposite end.
